Hello, my name is Kip Kint and I am a Success Coach and President of Mission Ignition. Welcome to the first official Mission Ignition Coaching Blog! Mission Ignition is a Success Coaching company that offers workshops, personal coaching, & business coaching with the primary focus of coaching people to achieve success while maintaining balance. Each week I, along with other coaches here at Mission Ignition hope to provide you with pearls of wisdom, insights, quotes, tips, tricks, and little nuggets of information you can use to help you achieve the goals that matter most to you.
Our Mission is to be the spark that ignites the fire in you; to empower you to nurture the flame and tend the fire; and to hold you accountable, in the light of your own fire, to achieving your vision of success. WE IGNITE THE FIRE IN YOU!
Each week I hope to help you clarify your vision of success, and give you tools and resources to achieve that vision. Sometimes the information will be practical and applicable to the things you are striving to accomplish in life or business. Other times the messages may be intended to challenge ineffective paradigms you may hold about life, business, and success. You may even experience an occasional paradigm shift sparking you to better align your thoughts and actions with proven principles of effectiveness thus leading you to the success you desire.
Because we believe in synergy our coaches and I will often include in this blog the teachings, information, and quotations from other great sources, books, authors, blogs and websites that we feel may be of benefit to you in a wide variety of areas in your life. If you feel what you read is helpful, insightful, motivating, and above all relevant to you all I ask is that you act on it. Do something about it. Let it make a difference in your life by making a difference yourself.
You can expect the messages you find here to be frank and occasionally bold. Collectively, our coaches have coached, taught, and worked with thousands of clients to help them achieve the success that they desire, both personally and professionally. With all that said we reserve the right to be wrong. While what we present here has worked for the vast majority of our coaching clients, on occasion there may be something that won’t work for you or for a particular situation. You are empowered, responsible, and accountable for success in your life. You must decide if what you read is meaningful and pertinent to you, then whether or not you will act on it.
We invite your comments and feedback as we well as your questions. It is our hope that this may be a forum for effecting positive change in your life. If we can do that, then as coaches we have not only done our job, but more importantly we have also fulfilled our passion.
